How long does it take to fulfil my order?

ayuray ships orders within 1-2 business days. We will do all we can to ensure that our products reach you as soon as possible and with minimal impact on the environment. Local UAE deliveries will be made on next business day.  International shipping  will take longer, typically 1-3 weeks depending on the location. We have chosen our logistics partners with care. In case of events beyond our control like severe weather or service interruptions etc., we hope you will be patient and be assured that we will do our best to get your desired products to you at the earliest.

Note : Total Delivery Time = Processing Time(1 business day) + Shipping Time

Do I have to pay anything extra for international delivery?

Customs duties aren't always applied, and Customs policies vary from country to country. Each country has its own rules for determining if import duty / Tax / VAT will apply. Some countries only charge customs duties if the parcel has a value over a certain amount. 

All shipments outside the UAE may be subject to import duty / Tax / VAT which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. These charges aren't included in the purchase price of our products.  As we don't have control over these charges and can't predict what they may be, we suggest that you contact your local customs for rates before you place an order. 

Please note that 

• "www.ayuray,com" will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
• Multiple shipments / delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number to track your order.
